The terms below govern check-in and check-out, cancellations and refunds for reservations made at Centre Point Amravati. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy before completing a booking.
Free cancellation up to 14:00 hours, 2 days prior to the arrival date, to avoid a penalty of 1 night's charge plus any applicable taxes and fees.
A "No Show" will attract a 1 night penalty charge.
On cancellation of a refundable booking, refund processing will take between two (2) and four (4) weeks to show on your credit card statement. This processing time is based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees — refer to the cancellation policy above for more detail.
In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and will release the whole amount, if any, that was held on it immediately. After we do this, it will still take two (2) to four (4) weeks for the bank to process the refund and for the refunded amount to show on your credit card statement.
